Turnaround Time & Shipping
Due to high volume of orders, the current turnaround time is 7-14 days (please note this does not include shipping time). This won't mean that every order will ship in 7-14 days, but it could be the maximum amount of days it could possibly take. If you are in a rush to receive your order, please send us an e-mail and we would be happy to let you know what our current turnaround time is. You can usually expect your order to come within 2-10 business days after shipment for Canadian orders and up to 10-14 business days for US and other countries. Please note that because the shop is located in Canada, your order shipping to the USA could take longer than 14 business days due to border crossing and customs.
We ship worldwide! Feel free to use the currency button to choose your currency. Please note that at checkout the currency will be shown in Canadian Dollars, but if you are purchasing from another country, your Credit Card will convert it to you currency.
You may be wondering how to achieve that perfect bow when purchasing a headwrap. If you're on Instagram be sure to check out the tag #maceytutorial. This will show you a variety of short videos on the different ways the headwraps can be tied. You can also the the videos on our Facebook page.
All listings will include the size of each bow or headwrap. If you have chosen a nylon headband, these designed to fit newborn - toddler and to grow with your babe! These bands are soft on their head with lots of stretch. All heads vary in size, feel free to stretch out the band as much as you'd like if you feed it is snug on your little ones head. We use high quality bands that won't get "run lines" if tugged on.
Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not take any returns or exchanges at this time. If your product has been damaged during shipping, we will be happy to replace it for you. If you are for any reason unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at email@example.com.
We ship all items using Canada Post. Please note that in order to keep our shipping prices low, your order will not include a tracking number. If you desire to have your items shipped with a tracking number or purchase insurance for your package, you must inform us when purchasing. Please note we are not responsible for custom/duty charges at the border or lost or stolen packages. Please double check your shipping address when purchasing.
